Martha Andrews is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® and KW Luxury Professional. She has served as the Regional Luxury Ambassador for the KW Southwest Region, a member of Keller Williams Sports & Entertainment group, has been a member of the KW Leadership Council and in addition owns an interest in the KW franchise. She focuses on Physician Relocation to and around the Valley.

As a member of Keller Williams she has developed her own successful team of like-minded agents that understand her value proposition that “The best interest of the client is the ONLY interest to be considered.” Since 2016, she and her team have had over $600 million in closed sales. In 2024 her team, XSell Real Estate Group, is expected to close over $100 million with 100 home sold.

Originally from Texas, she is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Business with emphasis in Real Estate. Martha worked with Trammel Crow Real Estate Company throughout the United States in marketing and property development. She then moved to Arizona with her husband after he completed his medical residency. For the past 20+ years she has dedicated herself to the community and its schools while also raising her 4 children.

Martha has acquired and love and knowledge of the area that allows her to provide information that is relevant to each client’s specific needs. She prides herself on being a good listener and truly caring about her clients. She will do absolutely everything in her power to ensure her client’s success and exceed their expectations all the while surprising and delighting them.
